NIU Cast support / 使用帮助

NIU Cast is an independent app. It is not an official NIU application.

Connecting your vehicle / 连接车辆

Complete your NIU account verification while the phone has Internet access. Then follow the app to connect Bluetooth and the instrument's Wi-Fi. Vehicle keys and Wi-Fi credentials remain on your device.

先在有互联网连接的网络中完成小牛账号验证，再按 App 指引连接车辆蓝牙和车机 Wi-Fi。连接失败时可取消后重试；车辆密钥和 Wi-Fi 凭据仅保存在本机。

Privacy and recording / 记录与隐私

Optional usage statistics and cloud sync can be disabled separately in Settings → Account and sync. To stop an active GPS recording, open riding history and select End ride and save. Disabling sync stops uploads; deleting your app account removes its cloud records and revokes this app's Apple authorization. Your NIU account is separate.

在「设置 → 账号、同步与隐私」分别关闭统计或云同步；在骑行记录页关闭自动记录，已开始的骑行可点击「结束骑行并保存」。关闭同步仅停止后续上传，删除 App 账号会移除云端数据并撤销本 App 的 Apple 授权。小牛账号需要在小牛服务中单独处理。

Connection diagnostics / 连接排查

Settings → Diagnostics shows connection information and can export a diagnostic file. Keep the file private. Do not publish credentials or precise GPS routes.

「设置 → 诊断」可查看连接信息并导出诊断文件。请妥善保存文件，不要公开发送账号凭据或精确 GPS 轨迹。
